i was born in chicago, raised in suburban detroit, and went to college in colorado where i majored in skiing and minored in journalism.
my first career was advertising where i spent ten years writing for clients like kellogg's and vw. next, i owned a sweet little gift store where i sold cool but affordable gifts to actors and rock stars. when the northridge earthquake destroyed nearly all my stock, i started designing products to fill my shelves.
nearly twenty years later, i am still creating and loving every minute of it.
recently, i've turned my attention to biscotti and have been spending my time developing sweet crunchy dipping biscuits. they will be available on the site in a few months.
