unlike big companies that just pull items off a shelf, here at pamela barsky we make most everything by hand when you order. therefore, we are unable to accept returns.

we do, however, make exchanges on some items as long as they are returned in their original packaging in saleable condition. (these items will be marked with an E on your confirmation.)

all exchanges must take place within 60 days of purchase. you are responsible for shipping in both directions.

if you'd like to exchange an item, please email for an RA number, then package item so it will not be damaged in shipping. items must be shipped via a service that requires us to sign to receive it, such as ups or federal express. we do not accept returns by us mail.
